Your complaint will be acknowledged in 5 working days, we will advise you how and when your complaint will be dealt with and a final decision will be given within 4 weeks of the date of receipt.

This decision will be final, based on evidence provided. However you are entitled to appeal if you feel that there is new evidence that will support your case and if you are not satisfied with the results you have the right to refer your complaint to an independent financial authority to review the case.
